Highly Recommend! I recently had my boiler serviced and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The engineer arrived on time, was polite and respectful of my home, and clearly explained what the service would involve. They carried out the work thoroughly, cleaned up after themselves, and even gave me a few useful tips for maintaining my boiler between services. James came to fix and service my boiler for me today. He’s a really nice guy and did a really great job. He explained exactly what he was going to be doing and why, which was really reassuring. He was really clean and respectful of the property and just really professional in general. The customer service was also great from the other members of his team I spoke to. From the first contact to the completion of the work, James's communication was exemplary. He was responsive, kept me fully in the picture at all times and, rare in my experience, turned up when he said he would, on time and ready to start work immediately. I had contacted My Heating Engineer because the company was well reviewed, and I am pleased to say that the service certainly lived up to that reputation. James performed a power flush of the whole heating system and fitted and relocated a new radiator, explaining in advance exactly what he proposed to do, talking me through the process on the day, and consulting with me where necessary. He worked continually throughout the day, solving any additional problems that emerged, and even providing a complementary mini-service to resolve a couple of issues with the boiler and enhance its performance. The company uses advanced technology and premium products, but is impressively competitive when it comes to prices. Fantastic from start to finish. James has serviced my boiler numerous times and always goes above and beyond to fit in with my busy work schedule. Had a great experience with James when he came to fix our boiler. He was friendly, quick, and really took the time to explain everything clearly. I especially appreciated how he helped me make the right decision for my family - not just a quick fix, but something that made sense long term. James was recommended to me by my plumber who I have used for 25 years.  The boiler replacement I wanted was quite complex and I had certain requirements that I needed to be completed as part of the project.  James ensured all my requirements were met, took time out to explain each stage of the project in detail to me and using his experience provided recommendations at key points leading to a very successful boiler (and pipework) replacement. I couldn't recommend a better company always goes above and beyond !!!  Had emergencies in a large occupancy building and has always came through James your a star!
